His career highlights include pioneering two-way SMS communications for delinquent account holders at a global bank, centralizing dialing platforms across 12 nations, and constructing data warehouses that yielded groundbreaking expense reductions. With a forward-thinking approach to AI and data integration, Kevin excels at crafting strategies that marry advanced technology with operational success. 

Having lived and worked across Asia, Kevin brings a global perspective to every challenge, combining technical expertise with cultural insight. When he’s not empowering organizations, Kevin enjoys exploring Texas Hill Country, immersing himself in EDM music, and cherishing time with his rescue dogs. 

Mike Tratnik is a founder of ConnectableIQ, a company dedicated to democratizing access to world-class technology, data analytics, and customer experience for businesses of all sizes. With over 15 years of expertise in data analytics, data governance, and data science, Mike has made significant contributions across the financial services and retail industries, supporting critical functions such as credit and insurance operations, customer experience, strategic planning, customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and forecasting. 

Mike's unique background in business operations and leadership has equipped him with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by end users. His exceptional ability to transform data into actionable insights and identify opportunities for machine learning and AI to empower workforces distinguishes him in the industry. Notable achievements include leading multiple implementations of data warehouse and analytics mart projects, developing pricing algorithms that significantly enhanced sales and risk performance, and developing baselines on a store, day, UPC/PLU level allowing for better estimation of lifts due to different enterprise initiatives or forecasting results of proposed projects.
